Sessions range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the contents and the subject on which the training is provided. All our training sessions will aim to cover as much material as possible but will provide condense and relevant information. 

Our online sessions are pre – recorded on the subject matter of your choice. It is a cost effective solution which is preferred by most employers because it is available for you to share it with your members of staff when they join or when a new law is introduced and can be made available to staff on the portal of your choice.

Both our online and in house training sessions have similar material however having a session conducted in house means that your members of staff have a benefit of an interactive course. This allows your staff to ask relevant questions, discuss various scenarios and get in-depth and specialist training on the subject matter. 

Bespoke training is more suited for larger firms or firms more conscious of their brand, design and those who are from a very specific industry. Bespoke training will be designed specifically for your organisation and can be used throughout the lifespan of the employment relationship.

If you are interested in face to face training, but do not have facilities to have the training conducted at your premises (i.e. online businesses whose members of staff work from home) we will be able to arrange access to premises where such training is possible at an additional cost.
